Geoff Karcher

Geoff Karcher is the owner, founder, and president of The Karcher Group (TKG).   After working for several internet and "tech" companies in the mid-1990s (and seeing his share of poorly developed websites), Geoff realized a need in the industry for attractive web design combined with solid programming.  So, he founded TKG in 1997 in his parents' basement with just one employee: his sister Dana. 

Since the beginning, Geoff has taken a common-sense approach to the Web, focusing on Web strategies that actually increase his clients' bottom line.  Results-focused Web Development and SEO has been the driving force behind the company ever since.  

Today, TKG is comprised of about 40 people, including development, marketing, sales, support, and IT staff.  Geoff oversees all these functions, but his favorite part of his job is still helping clients find smart Web solutions to improve their businesses.  Just as Geoff was on the leading edge of  Web Design & Programming, Geoff also led the way when it came to Web Marketing.  In fact, he first offered Search Engine Optimization way back in 1999.

Thanks to Geoff's leadership, TKG is now a full service Web Development, Marketing and Hosting firm with over 500 clients worldwide, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.  TKG's awards include:

When Geoff's not at work, you can find him with his wife, Amy, and their five kids.  Chances are they're camping, boating, or spending time with their large extended families.
